Prevention is quieter than intervention. It is also the part almost nobody is building for.Follow Precivo on LinkedIn
A patient's medicine list almost never arrives in one piece.
There is the discharge summary. There is the repeat prescription. Then there is whatever sits in the cupboard at home: the vitamins, the herbal capsule a relative swore by, the painkiller taken every day for a fortnight without anyone being told. Three lists, three places, and no single moment where all of it is in front of one person.
Every gap came down to time, not talent.
The knowledge was always in the room. What was missing was a way to see the whole picture inside the minutes available. Under that pressure the combination nobody had looked at was reliably the one that mattered.
Clinical training tells you what is wrong. It does not tell you what to build.
